Summit on Education Held in Osun State

According to the Osun State Government, the education sector is prepared to be repositioned in a way that will make it dependable and long-lasting.
This was announced by State Commissioner of Education Dipo Eluwole during a press conference to announce the upcoming Osun State Education Summit, which is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, August 22, and Thursday, August 24, 2023.
While providing information about the conference, Eluwole mentioned that among other topics that have an impact on the state’s education system, the conference will discuss topics related to School Inspectorate Services, Monitoring and Evaluation in the State Education Ministry, Benchmarks in Teacher Recruitment, Learner-Centred Policies, and Undue Political Interference.
Professor Oyesoji Aremu, the chairman of the Summit Committee, states that in order to guarantee inclusive, people-centered, and long-lasting evaluations for succeeding governments in the coming years, the program will include contributions from important stakeholders in the public and private sectors.
Professor Aremu also discussed the governor Ademola Adeleke’s dedication to seeing that the summit’s report’s recommendations are completely carried out.
