Obi and former NBA President Olumide Akpata attend the LP Rally in Edo.
Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate in the 2023 General Elections, and former Nigerian Bar Association president Olumide Akpata have joined hundreds of party members for a massive rally ahead of the Edo State local government elections.
Around 1:30 p.m., Obi arrived at the Edo Baptist Convention Ground in Benin City, where the event is being hosted.
He was accompanied by Akpata, who recently joined the party after his time as NBA president ended.
