Ben Bruce Applauds the FG For Establishing an Electric Vehicle Charging Station in Enugu

Ben Murray-Bruce, also known as X on Twitter, stated
I’m looking forward to the Federal Government’s unveiling of solar-powered electric vehicle charging stations at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN). This bold approach aligns perfectly with what I have long pushed for.
While my previous efforts to support such projects through legislation were met with opposition, the winds of change have since gathered strength. Today, we stand at a watershed moment, realizing the impending need to shift away from fossil fuels and toward clean, renewable energy sources. The National Automative Design and Development Council’s (NADDC) foresight is both laudable and necessary for preserving Nigeria’s long-term viability.
It delights my heart to see our prestigious educational institutions actively participating in this shift, not just as passive observers, but as beacons of innovation and research. I’ve always believed in the power of sustainable technology, and seeing these concepts come to fruition is encouraging.
I applaud the Federal Government and all of the visionaries who helped bring this idea to existence. Indeed, a thousand miles begins with a single step, and Nigeria is making huge moves in the right path today. My sincere hope is that we will continue on this path, drawing inspiration from today’s accomplishments and always aiming for a brighter, greener tomorrow.
