Fayose tells the PDP not to suspend Wike.

Former Ekiti State governor Ayodele Fayose has urged Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leaders against suspending FCT Minister Nyesom Wike.
In an interview with Channels TV on Thursday, Daniel Bwala, an assistant to Peoples Democratic Party presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar, said the party would eject Wike at the ‘right time’ after the latter ‘dared’ the party to suspend him.
Fayose argued on Channels TV Hard Copy that the PDP should reconsider suspending Wike.
“Some people say fight Wike, expel Wike, and sack Wike,” he said. I believe they do so at their risk.
“You see, even if you have extreme situations or indifferences, the first thing in your family is not to drive away your wife or husband.” Wike is a force in the PDP and beyond, one that cannot be ignored.
“Ignore Wike at your peril, sack Wike, or fight Wike.” He is a capable man.”
Fayose also asked the party to call for reconciliation in order to rebuild and propel the party ahead.
“My advice is for the party to call for true submission, where everyone can come and express themselves, tell them what went wrong, and how we can move the party forward.”
He also stated unequivocally that he would never join the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
“I’ve said it before: once I leave the PDP, I will never join another political party, and I will never be a member of the APC, good or bad.”
