Obi’s petition on Tinubu’s supposed narcotics indictment in the United States is denied by the Tribunal.

The court ruled that Obi and the Labour Party had failed to demonstrate that Tinubu had been convicted of money laundering in the United States.
The Presidential Election appeal Court (PEPC) has dismissed Peter Obi and the Labour Party’s appeal over Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s purported drug indictment in the United States.
The court dismissed the petition because Tinubu was not barred from entering the United States.
Justice Haruna Tsammani concluded that Obi and the Labour Party failed to prove that Tinubu was convicted of money laundering in the United States, adding that the petitioners failed to establish any record of criminal arrest or conviction against the APC candidate.
Tinubu was not arraigned, did not enter a plea, and received no prison sentence, according to the judge.
