PDP is mother of APC, others, Atiku boasts

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar said that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is the mother of all Nigerian political parties, including the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

Atiku made the boastful statement during a press conference in Abuja on Thursday, in response to the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal’s decision, which affirmed President Bola Tinubu’s victory.

He urged PDP members to be resilient, loyal, and uncompromising in their support for the party, and he promptly reminded unpatriotic members and other parties that the PDP was the source of their existence.

“Let me finally give some of our party’s delusional or disappointed members hope.” “I am one of the party’s founding members, and I am still going strong,” Atiku remarked.

“This party gave birth to every other party in this country today.” Your mother is the PDP, regardless of whether you are APC or APM.

“What matters most to us is that we remain loyal and faithful members of this historic party.” This is the only party that has been in existence from Nigeria’s inception.

“We have a track record to defend, promote, and foster.” You may be fathers now, but you will always be proud of your grandfather and great-grandfather. Why would you not want to be proud to be a PDP member? There’s no cause at all.

“As a result, I want to encourage our memes to remain loyal and dedicated while also promoting national unity and cohesion.”
