There is no schism between Tinubu and the Dokubo-Asari Militants.

MILITANTS operating under the banner of the Supreme Egbesu Freedom Fighters of Niger Delta, SEFFND, have stated that there is no disagreement between President Bola Tinubu and Alhaji Mujahid Dokubo-Asari, leader of the Niger Delta People’s Volunteer Force.
In a statement issued Tuesday, the militant group’s leader, self-styled General Agadagba 1, aka River Don, who accused some unscrupulous oil pipeline contractors of funding the blackmail, stated President Tinubu never prevented Dokubo- Asari from the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
“The blackmailers’ goal is to instill bad blood between Tinubu and Dokubo-Asari in order to fuel hostilities in the Niger Delta through falsehood and blackmail.”
“They also want to create a fictitious schism between him and Tinubu through deception and cheap blackmail.”
“It is obvious that they are jealous of Alhaji Dokubo- Asari’s prominent position at the centre of power.”
“We know who is behind the fake news; they are not comfortable with Dokubo- Asari’s genuine concern and commitment to stand shoulder to shoulder in support of President Tinubu, and to reject any rebellious attack or criticism.”
“As a result, we urge the desperate pipeline contractors to stop their negative actions or face the consequences.”
” We also insist that the government decentralize the awarding of oil pipeline surveillance contracts in order to accommodate all critical stakeholders and ethnic nationalities in the Niger Delta and ensure long-term peace and security.”
